SPEND YOUR SUMMER LAUGHING AND LEARNING!

Comedy from the heart, teaching collaboration, inspiration, gratitude and fun in all that we do.

Camp ComedySportz® offers day camps for Elementary (rising 1st-4th), Middle (5th-8th), and High (9th-12th) School students. We offer a fun, engaging, and interactive performing arts camp where students get to learn (or build upon their) improv skills and make each other laugh. The week culminates with a ComedySportz® showcase for family, caregivers, and friends.

Camp ComedySportz® offers day camps for Elementary (rising 1st-4th), Middle (5th-8th), and High (9th-12th) School students. We offer a fun, engaging, and interactive performing arts camp where students get to learn (or build on their) improv skills and make each other laugh. They’ll walk away with critical skills that will benefit them their entire lives: confidence, listening, teamwork, creative problem solving, and the ability to overcome obstacles, though they may be too distracted by the fun and laughing to notice that they are learning too.

No matter their experience level - brand new beginner or experienced stage performer - this camp is custom fit to students’ current skill level and needs in order to make new improv discoveries. And, because it is improv, no two weeks of camp are the same. The week culminates with a ComedySportz showcase for family, caregivers, and friends. Each camper also gets a cool free t-shirt.

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination(s) and properly worn face masks are required for all campers.

Please note that there is an enrollment limit on each camp, so our campers can get the absolute most out of their experience!

There is also an enrollment minimum, to ensure that the experience is the best we can offer. If any particular camp does not meet the minimum enrollment by the Friday before the camp start date, we will offer refunds or transfers to our other camp offerings.

And most importantly, we want all youth who are energized by our camp offerings to be able to participate. Consideration for need-based financial assistance is available upon request.

Improv has been an obsession for James for over two decades in a variety of troupes and through variety of improv styles as a performer, teacher and director. James is the founder of the business-focused training "Ha-Ha to A-ha!" and is a CSz Worldwide certified trainer. His improv background has helped him immensely in two other arenas of his life off-stage: at work as a nonprofit fundraiser and at home with his wife Rachel and his sons Embry and Turner.

Kelly has been a loyal fan of CSz since she was five years old. She joined our High School League before graduating into the Major League back in 2011. She is a member of our Major League Teaching Team and has spent several years as one the head coaches for our year-round ComedySportz Middle School League. She is a Lead Teacher at Epiphany Lutheran Nursery School, is a professional nanny, and can do a great British accent.

Eric has done improv for three years with Comedy Sportz, starting with class, joining the Rec League and has been Major League player since November 2021.
