A Message from the Yes Balloon Executive Director
Twenty-five years has flown by! From our first year in a cramped bar basement and a movie theater/restaurant all the way to this past decade in our current theater location, CSz Richmond has seen a million laughs and tremendous growth. Celebrating a silver anniversary is a huge milestone for any business, especially if that business is an improv comedy theater and training center.
While it is exciting to look back at everything we’ve accomplished and all of the wonderful people who have made our CSz Richmond family what it is today, it is even more exciting to look forward into the NEXT twenty-five years. We’re set to emerge from the unparalleled challenges of 2020 with more energy than ever before. Our non-profit organization is poised for
significant growth, building on efforts and programs that lift up our community through improv and laughter. We’ve only just begun to explore all of the good that improv can bring beyond the stage. The energy that drives all of us behind the scenes is set to launch us forward with new and expanded programs, camps, classes and shows.
On behalf of everyone at CSz Richmond, including our ComedySportz leagues, our training center instructors and staff, and the Yes Balloon Board of Directors, I’d like to express our tremendous gratitude for helping us to reach this milestone. Join us in our journey forward. Donate any amount to our 25 to 25 campaign, grab a ticket to any of our virtual shows, and be ready to rush the doors of the theater once we are all finally able to once again share that space! In true improv form, we can not wait to move forward TOGETHER!
